By using Sootheli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Service Description

Sootheli provides:

  • ASMR and sleep sound content
  • Personalized relaxation experiences
  • Sleep tracking and insights
  • Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 13+ years old to use Sootheli
  • Users under 18 need parental consent
  • You're responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person per account (no sharing)
  • Provide accurate information during registration

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime before renewal date
  • 7-day free trial for annual plans
  • Refunds per our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, redistribute, or pirate our content
  • Use the service for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass other users or staff

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Sootheli is protected by copyright:

  • Audio content is licensed or originally created
  • You get a personal, non-transferable license to use
  • No downloading for redistribution
  • Respect third-party content rights

7. Health Disclaimer

Important:

  • Sootheli is NOT a medical device or treatment
  • Not a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Consult healthcare providers for sleep disorders
  • Use at comfortable volume levels
  • Take breaks to prevent ear fatigue

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity (2+ years)

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app.
